Hi Great site by the way, Right here's my problem , I'm 38 with some hair loss at the front. I’ve been talking proscar since march 2009 , I’ve not had any more hair loss since .
proscar seems to have stopped my hair loss completely , its thickened my hair as well since i've been on it. My dosage is 1.25mg a day , I cut the pills into quarters and skip the 5th day.
My main concern is I want to cycle for the first time , I’ve done some research on the net, your site being the best so far.. I'm only going to cycle with test enanthate and prob use some anavar as well..
What dosage of test enanthate should i use for my first cycle , 250mgs or 500mgs for 10 weeks and what dosage of proscar finasteride should i use ,1.25mg every day or 2.5mg every day while on cycle?

There's not a lot of point doing anything below 500mg - if your using testosterone as a standalone. I'd recommend 250mg of test and 50 mg of Anavar for 6 weeks.
Superdrol seems to be friendly to my hair as I mention on my website - that compound is better for bulking than var is.
use 1.25mg of finasteride each day.

Hi, I was wondering if youi know any products that have been clinically proven to work on frontal baldness. I've contacted propecia and rogaine only to find out they couldn't confirm (deny or confirm) the effectiveness for the hairline. Hey man, Tbol definitely is a good choice - it won't eat your hair.. I've run it many times - just don't take wild doses of it. actually I have had a lot of guys ask me about Tbol, so I gotta put it up on the webpage.
I'd run 250-500mg of test, and 50mg of Tbol, with your dutasteride.
Superdrol is another AWESOME oral that honestly is as good as Dbol for me - but without the hair loss.
I'm not sure about the Regaine - I think Perfect Image's 15% Minox w/ 5% AA is the best thing going.
Look into HGH, it's expensive - but running HGH + anavar/tbol/superdrol is as good (and cleaner) as a heavy cycle of test, deca and dbol

Whatsup man. 29 years old, have ran multiple prohormones since about 25 and have never noticed any change with hairline/ thinning etc., until literally just the last 2-3 weeks while on current cycle of ultradrol and 11-sterone. Noticed a thinning and slightly recessing hairline primarily in frontal left/right temporal regions. This is definitely recent and has never been noticed prior. Significant shedding more so on this cycle than any I may have ever noticed in past. I quit cycling here in week 3-4 abruptly and will begin clomid/ arimidex for short pct run. My question is since I am catching this quickly is there anything to do in order to stop this now and maybe even begin to regrowth? I did purchase regene....forgot the name, basically nizoral shampoo and plan on buying perhaps minoxidil in the form of rogaine today to hopefully put an end to this. What else should I be doing? Hey there, it will regrow... with all the hair I've 'lost' through the years -- it would come back after the cycle... albeit thinner as the years went on. im not too familiar with ultradrol + 11-sterone. - they sound pretty androgenic though.
the thing about hair thinning -- you won't 'notice' a thin/bald area until 50% of the density has been lost. that's not to freak you out, but rather to recommended you grab finansteride asap if you think the situation isn't getting better.

thanks man! yeah man, start up the finasteride - it will start reducing DHT right away - but it still may be a few weeks until the hair loss subsides. It will grow back, so long as you are using the fin + 15% minoxidil.
the diminshed muscle gains weren't significant. especially if you are on HGH. GH is your best friend to avoid hair loss, build muscle and not have to use a lot of androgens.
I just did a page on Nioxin, you'll be the first to see it!
^ in short, Nioxin is better for women. It doesn't inhibit DHT. It makes your hair 'thicker' (its really good for appearance). I use it, but I recommend one of the other shampoos (with ketoconozle) to prevent hair loss

1) I have been experiencing more than normal hair loss in the last year or two – difficult to pinpoint the exact reason, but I have been also using low dosage of HGH (1.5 IU – 2.0 IU per day) for about 2 years (I’m 48). Although most literature says HGH may cause hair growth, I am wondering if you ever came across anything to the contrary? That it may cause hair loss?

I have more info about HGH and hair loss on the 'blog' part of my site. It can cause hair loss- but in your case it's 99% not
but in your case - HGH could cause 'shock' hair loss, but since you've been using it for 2 years or so... it's unlikely to cause progressive hair loss.
I like N2shampoo - its more of a 'hair growth' shampoo... if you can get one of the ketoconazole shampoos - those are a bit better for hair loss

Hey thanks man... ill check it out! I used Toco-8 - didn't do anything - at best it makes your hair grow faster. Primordial Performance is still a good company though. Toco-8 is best for hair growth, not hair loss prevention.

Hey Brother, My name is Sampson and I recently started taking oral steroids (winstrol) about 4 weeks ago. I am prone to male patter baldness, and had been using propecia 1 mg with good results but, once I started using winstrol within 3 weeks I started noticing my bald spot getting bigger and my hair was thinning. When I wake up in the morning hair is all over my pillow and even if I touch my hair, hair gets on my hand. I had been taking propecia with the winstrol to block the DHT and it has done nothing for me, I have even used some hair loss shampoo. I have stopped taking winstrol a week ago, I was taking between 50-100mg per day. I also have oral T-bol, I heard that it is easier on the hair, but I haven't taken it yet. What is your opinion on T-bol and hair loss? and If I take T-bol with propecia do you think I will lose hair like I did with winstrol? Also do you have any suggestions on how to get my hair back? and If I should not be on a cycle while im trying to get my hair to grow back? Thank you for your time! Hey man, propecia only works to lower DHT from testosterone -- not winstrol. Nothing blocks hair loss from winstrol. Get off winstrol and never use it again - it is the worst steroid for hair loss. Tbol is a way better choice. First of all, just wanted to say, thank's a lot for giving everyone this great information about hair loss prevention. I just purchased the Perfect Image 15% Minoxidil /5% Azelaic Acid combo and the Hair Regrowth shampoo. I've used Nizoral for years, along with 5 % kirkland Minoxidil ( little to no success ) Also, I off and on, use topical Spironolactone (s5 Cream )
Anyway, I just have a couple questions, if at all possible, any suggestions would be truly appreciated.
1: I've been juicing for roughly 4-5 years, I now stick to Anavar, or low dose Test, due to severe diffuse MPB all over the top. ( one 8-12 week cycle per year )
My question is this : I've been at the point of obsession/depression over this hair loss, reading on it every day, mine is very aggressive for the young age of 22. Its taken over my life pretty bad to where I have no libido or confidence (even with countless blood tests showing high testosterone levels, weather on, or off steroids )
On the flip side of things, It would be very assuring to know that getting on Finasteride could slow, or halt this process down. Do you think that taking Fin is going to make my libido issue worse than it already is ???
Are the internet based claims of side effects grossly over rated ?

Yeah I know what you mean man... Ultimately a hair transplant FUT or FUE is the answer. Check out the 'toppik' product I have on the site... Dermmatch and Toppik are amazing. it does WONDERS.
I do believe finasteride's side effects are enormously overstated. Honestly, it should stop nearly all your hair loss - the effects seem to lessen over time (but we're talking 8-10years). In my non-medical option - you need to get on it. Libido isn't just testosterone and DHT - its all the hormones being in the correct proportions to each other. For the ED - get some cialis, it won't boost libido but you'll be able to perform.
in all seriousness I suggest jerking off everyday -- whatever it takes... this is likely a psychological thing and it can be fixed.
tbol, superdrol are also decent choices if you want to keep your hair.

Hi, I have a question about two pro hormones I am currently on. One is Androlean by Primordial Performance and the other is Havoc by RPN. I've heard that both are not know for hair loss but reading ur log about testosterone being very bad for male patter baldness, androlean has a low dose of injectable test enathane week so I'm not sure about continuing that product.?
The other product Havoc (Epistane), idk if it converts into dht and am on 20mg for the 1st week and 30 for the rest of the cycle. Taking alot of supports with it. Do u think ill have a good chance of keeping my hair after that cycle?
Today is the fifty day on havoc and my perfect image minoxidil 15% azelic acid 5% just came in so started using that today. Do u think the formula will prevent hair loss while on these compounds?

Hey man -- I believe Androlean is DHEA-based (or is that Androhard)? DHEA converts to testosterone, DHT, estrogen, progesterone everything -- so potentially it could cause hair loss... (okay just looked it up - DHEA5&7) Yes, it could - but it's not going to be large amounts of DHT. Only if your super prone to hair loss will it be a problem.
Epistane didn't cause hair loss for me - but it has for some guys. I think it's a pretty safe hair loss stack at reasonable doses. Also remember - if its the first time you have used minoxidil - that can cause your hair to shed, but it comes back super fast. I think you'll be fine!

Yeah it should definitely help prevent hair loss -- if its your first time using minoxidil, you could experience some shedding because minoxidil speeds up the hair cycle, but all the hair will grow back

A: Hdrol is one of the only ones I haven't personally used ... it seems like some please get mild-moderate hair loss from it. Superdrol, Tbol, Var - were all virtually 0 hair loss for me however.

A: Hey man, let's see here... are you getting a lot of hair loss in the shower?
Don't worry, it will grow back - but it's really important that you give it the chance to grow back - meaning start inhibit DHT levels with finasteride and that minoxidil product w/ 5% azelaic acid that I recommend on the website and a ketoconazole shampoo - leave it on your head for 5 minutes. What did you take for your PCT recovery? Some of those newer PCT recovery supplements (particularly AI-based) can be androgenic.
don't stress out though... you can grow the hair back, just make sure you keep the follicles from thinning by reducing your DHT levels.
Tbol is a good choice, I get a lot of emails asking about it- I should really put it up on the website.

I came across your site while doing some research and read your article on hair transplant. Clearly, you are very informed on a topic which there is little info on the internet about. I am having my 4th and final hair transplant on Dec. 7th. I have been on TRT for about 12 years due to a pituitary condition. I receive Testapel implants every 10 weeks. I feel Doctors are too Conservative and have decided to add to their protocol buy adding .5 cc of Sustanon 275 which as you know comes to 137ml of added Test every week. The Testopel only delivers about 75-90 ml's per week. So this is not a super high dose. I'll likely increase it well after my hair transplant.
I've also added Proviron to the protocol because of how it increases Free Test. I know it is a Synthetic DHT. I am taking Minoxdil and Nizorol. My concern is not after the hair grows as it is DHT resistant but how the new follicle will do when it is in the gestation phase. I have gone off Proviron until surgery but would love to go back on it 3-4 weeks after.
What are your thoughts on my added Test and Proviron as it pertains to the upcoming hair transplant? Would you go off of Proviron as I plan or stick with it? I know your not a Doctor so I certainly wont hold you to it. You are significantly more informed then most so I would appreciate your incite.

A: Hey man - I have to be honest - I've never used proviron - simply because its methylated-DHT. So if you're looking to increase free test there are definitely other 'hair safe' ways to do so. I believe that Aromatase Inhibitors like formestame are excellent at controlling estrogen, increasing free test while not increasing your DHT - and at reasonable doses they won't mess with your lipid profile too much. At the same time it all depends on how sensitive you are to male pattern baldness and how many hairs you have on your hair (especially the transplanted zones) that are resistant to DHT. At the same time, I've heard that the DHT from Proviron is no where near as harsh as DHT from testosterone (I don't know that this is true - i won't be taking proviron any time soon). As far as the new follicles growing, proviron definitely won't hurt it -- it will probably help. Have you looked into HGH or some of the Aromatase Inhibitors (supplements)?
Even though they are 'legal' they still dramatically can increase free test

A: Hey - thanks man! definitely go with Regenepure. There's a lot of reports on the Internet about how Propecia ruins people's lives. While this may be true (like other Rx Drugs) its only the case for 1% of the people who use it. I think it's super effective for the average guy. I think the 15% minoxidil is an upgrade - particularly because of the 5% azelaic acid in it. It's good stuff - much better than topical spirolactone. Give some consideration to Propecia/finasteride - if you see side effects - you can stop and things will fix themselves. Long term side effects are nearly always from people who experience immediate side effects and still remain on it for years.

A: hey man - generic proscar 5mg finasteride would be the most effective. After that (if you aren't using proscar/propecia) regenepure shampoo/perfect image shampoo will be helpful because it combats DHT
